Radio and Recalibration

Part of the original vision for this website included an Internet radio section that would play content from the Library. At the time, I wasn't sure how to do this, but now I think I know how to implement it. The main hurdle is collecting the media to populate it with.

When I started this website three years ago, I was a very immature Christian and simply considered myself a Protestant. I was naïve: thinking that Protestants mostly believed the same things, and that there could be unity among them. My plan was to find and organize solid educational materials that helped me as I grew, and could benefit others.

My primary study resource during this time has always been the Bible. As I learned more from it and secondarily studied the history, traditions, and doctrines of different denominations, I became sorely disappointed with how far most men have strayed from the truth. The main cause of this is that they hold their denomination's traditions and teachings higher than the Bible itself.

After years of visiting many churches of different denominations while searching for a church to call home, the Lord led us to an old baptist (also called primitive baptist) church that we joined last year. Since growing in this church, I've found the sermons and other materials I currently have here to contain doctrines that I disagree with now.

Much of the content in the Library will be phased out and replaced. It will take a while to build this collection up, but much of 2025 was spent on backend work that resulted in a stable foundation for the future.

For now, there will be an external radio station embedded on a Radio page, until there is enough media in the Library to run a homegrown section of the site.
